General Notes on Hiring
The hirer must produce the following forms of I.D.:
1) A current UK Driving Licence and one other form of I.D. with matching address (not exceeding 3 months old).
2) Vehicle registration document for the towing vehicle.
PAYMENT AND DEPOSIT
At the commencement of all hires, we require at £150.00 deposit, plus the toal hire charge including delivery costs (if applicable) and VAT. Deposit is payable via credit card transaction and is refunded once an "off hire" notice has been issued.
HIRE PERIOD
"1 Day" means up to 24 hours. Goods not returned within the 24 hour period will mean the hirer is charged for extra days.
"2 Days" means up to 48 hours.
"7 Days" means any complete period of seven days including weekends and public holidays.
"1 Month" means 4 weeks or 28 days.
CLEANING
We request that equipment be returned clean. A charge will be made for equipment returned in an exceptionally dirty state.
VALUE ADDED TAX (VAT)
This must be added to all hire charges quoted at the current rate of 17.5%.
INSURANCE
All hirers shall at all times and in all respects insure the owner against and from any and every expense, liability, loss, claim or proceedings whatsoever.
GENERAL
RM Trailer Centre
reserves the right to amend, alter or increase the charges and conditions at their sole discretion and without notice.
